The Playmate is Lauren Anderson and she is not in a sorority (have friends that know her). As for the Phi Mu chick she wasnt in the regular edition but the special college edition and the Alligator wrote a big article about her and she thought her sorority sisters were not supportive of her and how they made her drop out. They also wrote about how her roomate stocked her afterwards and how she had to live in a hotel and blah blah. Basically I think the point of the article was for people to feel sorry for her. One of my really good friends went the casting call and I went with her (tried to talk her out of it the whole way there, but to no avail she still wanted to do it, but thankfully for her they didnt call her back
b/c her dad would have died the minute he heard) and I saw a bunch of girls getting out of cars with sorority letters on them ( KD, Tri-Delt, Phi Mu, ADPi, AOPi, and ZTA) and lining up for the interview process, but it is possible that some might have been going to Denny's instead but I doubt it. One chick even had her letters on!!!
I was kind of amazed that there were that many sorority women there because I asked my friend (who was also in a sorority at the time!!!) what would happen if they and her actually were published and she said probably nothing, I guess she was wrong because Tracey Lee Whitton sure got kicked out. But to each their own, I suppose!!!
