With things like that, I think it's better for councils to be "collaborators" as opposed to "regulators"
The only time I think an iron fist should be thrown down is when RM or discipline is involved. If we're meeting the standards of I/HQ and the University, don't tell us how to a social event. Just make sure it doesn't conflict with another organization's event.
