Well there are some drugs that are essentially powdered alcohol, but no idea if they work THAT way.

A women actually got convicted of manslaughter for killing her husband by giving him a brandy enema when he couldn't drink anymore due to severe dysphagia from esophageal or some other cancer, maybe head and neck. Couldn't let him get sober, now could she?!
