I thought, like Acacia and Triangle, Fiji was their everyday name. I was wrong. At Penn State where we have/ had both Tri-Delt and Phi Gamma Delta, we also have tudor mansions and called them Fiji. I'm just saying, for future reference.

There's a lot of history in the last two days, much of which has been deleted because of the hore girl's inappropriateness. Please read the clues before commenting. Many campuses have one or more of these features but few have all:
1. All the sororities and fraternities have houses
2. All of these houses are either "tutor" mansions or Scarlet O'Hara style mansions, in other words traditional, big and fancy
3. The campus has an active Delta Delta Delta chaper
4. The campus has a Fiji chapter
5, The Fiji chapter is referred to as Fiji and not Phi Gam or Phi Gamma Delta
Vermont? Nope. I wonder whose address she's giving out?

There's really no need to get upset. I don't see why someone would feel the need to tell me to read the clues before commenting. I have just as much right as anyone to comment. I was just stating that many of the things she may have said could be true at many schools. I also pointed out that at Penn State (because I realize she couldn't be at Penn State if she thinks everyone has a house) the only houses belong to the fraternities. Other than that, I was right about everything else. The Tri-Delta thing just happened this year, so up until a few months ago, there was an active Tri-Delta chapter. Someone commented that many schools don't call Phi Gamma Delta Fiji when I was just saying that Fiji is what I have really only ever heard them referred to (except here on Greekchat).

I don't get upset about the intarweb. If you do or think others do, you need to get out more. You have a habit of typing before you read and comprehend, and this was no exception. You were just talking out of your azz without knowing all the facts as usual. Interesting how several people have been under the impression that you are probably behind a particular sockie too. Hmmm.
Fiji is known as Fiji at many places. Duh. It was about sharing all the features above, not just one or a few. Penn State has never had all the features mentioned above, even when Delta Delta Delta was active. You had no point. You just like to watch yourself type.

Wait. People think I am behind a particular sock puppet, too? Please tell me who they think I am. I don't know what you mean that Penn State never had the features as mentioned above. I wasn't typing out my ass and I don't know why you are becoming so hostile for no reason. We do have huge houses (for fraternities, not sororities) and I was stating that we used to have a Tri-Delta chapter, as well as, we call them Fiji. I don't see how any of that is wrong. Am I missing something here? I was just saying that I don't know who this mustang girl/ horse girl is but, as far as houses go and names of fraternities, that it makes me think of my school. What was wrong with saying that? I wasn't sticking up for her, I was just saying what was at my school, for the most part. No need to be so rude.
