When I returned to my dorm and friends, they were talking about how they got various sororities and they were also talking about how the were not invited back to macaroni and cheese. And I was wondering why that could have been happening. I finally realized that despite what I said about keeping an open mind, I was the one being shallow minded. These sisters, weren't just inviting me back because they needed more members, they were inviting me back be they liked me and they connected with me. And this made my decision all the more easier.

Pref round is in two days, and I could have never been more sure.

Wow! It sounds like you had a fantastic time. Normally it's Pref that brings that kind of "this is it" moment when you're unsure. When do Pref invites go out- or do you already know? Good luck and I hope you get the mac & cheese pref invite along with an incredible time at Pref.
PS- if you haven't already, read my PM- I talked about your last point although I didn't know it would come to fruition so quickly
