Ouch.
For my serious answer, I'd have to say that I judge based on a myriad of things. My biggest challenge, and what I'm working on the most, however, is keeping my judgments to myself. Why make someone else's day worse?
Also, I try to reserve the harsher judgments for superficial things - not so much beauty or weight but more the outrageous fashion choices that people make. I wouldn't call myself a fashionista by any means (in fact, live-in's family thinks I dress like an old lady because I love to wear button-ups and sweaters), but I don't need to see your disgusting old coat from the 80s, I don't need to see your butt cleavage, and I'd really rather not feel like I'm watching a peep show when I'm walking down the street.
Also, if I can guess the maker of your underwear and what style it is, your pants are either A. Too tight or B. Too see-through. Neither is acceptable.
I also try to keep those superficial judgments from influencing deeper judgments about a person's character. For example, just because you're showing up to the grocery store in ripped and dirty sweatpants does not mean you abuse the welfare system, are even on food stamps or any type of assistance at all, and are trash. I know people who do that (in high school they called them "wellies") and I try very very hard to keep the superficial from messing with the more important judgments in life.
