Who does this and why?!!!! Outside of a black and white party ensemble, why would anyone attempt this? There are just some crimes against my eyes that are too horrible to excuse.

Several women used to do this on Sunday for church attire. My godmother even wore black stockings and white shoes with her favorite red suit.
