I suggest you contact your GLO's NPC Delegate to make sure all of this is ok per NPC policies because it sounds rather funky to me. If she says everything's ok, then that's that. But if it's not, then she can contact the other NPC Delegates who will then try to work with your Greek Advisor and/or the Area Advisor to get in line with NPC policies.
