Reasons for NO.

Other chapters have tried to colonize over the years and failed. It is very hard to break in there.

Quota is less than 50, so there's room in the houses that exist there now.

Numbers of pnms has declined over the years, not increased.

Houses are owned privately by the organizations (ie - no greek village or university owned houses) and the real estate is astronomically expensive in West Campus. And, it is near impossible to recruit without a house.

I could go on, but I'm at work..
