I agree, to an extent...I think it depends on the class and what the attendance policy is. If it's a lab or something, that's probably not possible, but if it's a lecture, then it's usually more lenient. Most professors are NOT understanding if you tell them you are missing a class for recruitment at Big Ten schools, in my experience. You just need to decide what your priorities are.
