of course not. hell, even murderers who have the murder weapon in one hand and a peice of the victim's clothing in the other have a chance of getting off free. not a big chance, but depending on your lawyer, anything is possible.
Yeah, and this is what sickens me. Hitting and killing someone vs an actual planned murder are like comparing apples and oranges. But, unfortunately you're right. OJ is an awesome example of this.
