Well, yeah. I would need witnesses and it would need to be proven in court. I was under the impression that I'm going to prison no matter what. and that was based on what my friend said. She's sitting here right now, and she said she didn't mean it like that. I told her she's full of sht, because I know what she told me. She read Kevin's response.

of course not. hell, even murderers who have the murder weapon in one hand and a peice of the victim's clothing in the other have a chance of getting off free. not a big chance, but depending on your lawyer, anything is possible.
