Did the budget get bigger or smaller?

Did you already buy stuff?

I don't think Panhel has to re-adopt their constitution and bylaws every year.

The overall budget got larger. Yes we have already purchased most of our items. Should the panhel delegates been included? I mean panhel execs are disaffiliated, so where are the sororities being heard???
