Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe nervousmama attends CSUN and just went through rush last year. She has a rush story here somewhere, I think. ETA: Here it is: http://www.greekchat.com/gcforums/sh...ad.php?t=90191 -- she's a KKG there.

Regarding grad students being considered collegians, there are no differing opinions. Either they're recognized by HQ or they aren't. It's as simple as that. I can think of 2 NPCs who do allow grad students to be recognized as collegians but out of respect for them I won't name them. Just because it is allowed does not, by any means, mean that the individual chapter's obligated to extend that grad student a bid.

YAYYY!!! OTW, I am so glad you remembered me!

outoftheloop, I am more than willing to answer any questions you may have. Regarding you being an upperclass transfer, this will not influence your recruitment experience UNLESS csun registers 3-4 times as many new girls as they did this year. however, this also does NOT mean you will be getting your first choices every round. It just means that you do not need to worry too much about your class standing effecting your recruitment experience. your GPA should definitely be a top priority. get it as high as possible! no joke. GPA is looked at.
