If you guys saw some of the things I've seen, you wouldn't eat your meat rare anymore.

what about medium rare? please tell me that is hot enough to kill the worms at least

Our meat is pretty healthy and it's not too often that people get worms from eating rare meat, it's just that the possibilities are greater. Raw hamburger meat is unacceptable. Eat that, and yes you can get worms. I've seen people eat raw bacon too. Pork should ALWAYS be cooked well done.
I don't mean to spoil anyones appetite, but the worms I had mentioned before are ascarids which are found in cats and dogs, but it's just another species of Toxocara canis whos larvae can migrate in people. You also invite tapeworms and stomach worms if you continue to eat rare meat. Believe me, you'll know you've got them because depending on the parasite, you will have stomach inflamation which can result in vomiting, loss of appetite ect ect. I think you get the idea.
If you want to have these living inside of you, keep eating rare. Your intestines will make a great home for them...rent free.
