From what I was last told by my friends at UCF, Theta has plans to build a house in the next couple of years. They colonized at UCF in 2000, so they are one of the newer sororities on campus. I do not believe they have dorm floors. As for recruitment, I would imagine they use space in campus buildings.

Nothing is set in stone about the lot that used to be PIKE. All UCF knows is that they plan to build 2 housing facilities - whether it goes to dorms for non-greek or dorm style housing for greek - we're not sure.

A LOT is still up in the air for Greek Housing.
