Dog Names

One of my favorite Southern names is Harper (Harper Lee - "To Kill A Mockingbird"). I see a couple of people have mentioned characters from the book, too.

I also love "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" - Maggie and Brick would make a good canine couple.

Beau would be a good boy name to go with Bella, too. I just realized you already had the female dog and were just looking for a boy's name.

Or...Nelle (as in Nelle Harper Lee)

or...Nell (as in Nell Carter)

or...Nell (as in the character from the movie of the same name depicting a girl raised in the backwoods of North Carolina!)

I would think Maggie might be more appropriate for a kitten - as in "Maggie the Cat".
