Fixed again. There's a difference between this and what you posted. That 5-4 decision stopped the recount.

Amnesty International using Bush's image is one thing - they are a political organization - but if his image is being used to sell consumer goods, positively or negatively, he should be compensated.

Yup, two of the lib justices thought the biased FL court should be given free reign to decide the election, and the other 2 figured they could make something up which would fix the blatant constitutional problems while still giving Gore the election.
