Is George Bush stealing George Orwells ideas?

I have noticed alot of people comparing Bush to Orwell and his views in the book 1984. I found an interesting article on it. What do you think?

Yes thats about right, and people won't really start caring until it starts impacting on them directly.

But by that time it is too late. The rules are in effect.
