And, as far as I know, if your brother is in a chapter of XYZ on your campus or another XYZ chapter on another campus, you are a legacy to XYZ fraternity. Not guaranteed a bid, just considered a legacy.
Once a legacy always a legacy. Even those who never pledge or who pledge with another fraternity.
