there would be conditions...he would have to adhere to the standards of the new chapter

usually we would take someone like that though, but i had to say the above because you wouldn't want someone that freaked everyone out in your chapter

9 times out of 10, i'd imagine so, but he would probably fit in better at the new chapter because he would fit in more with the new campus overall

not that the point of joining is to fit in, but you know what i meant...be comfortable

yeah, he would more than likely be more comfortable all around at the new place, otherwise why would he transfer?
