Now tipping is a tip if they are friendly, timely, and what ever to make you feel wanted.

If they do not, to bad for them.

If they act like they enjoy serving me and everyone else, I always over tip as they work hard and add a bit more to the meal.

If you can't afford to go out to eat, then don't.

I do not, go out that much as No, I cannot afford it, do you?

If you want to tip everyone then please feel free to do so. Then maybe you will be eating home more often!
