if you know girls in each of the houses but don't want to outright ask them 'hey! how can i join though cob this semester" out of the blue why not meet up with them and tell them you are interested in greek life.. then ask them questions about their org:
what do you do?
how long is your new member period?
after a couple of warm-up questions throw in 'sound like something i might really be interested in... is there a way to join this semester?"
If you dont want to go through them at all, the Greek Life office would have contact info for the groups that are COR'ing. But I would recommend going through your friends, because I always got excited when my non-affiliated friends asked me questions or thought about joining.
