We had the new members stand in a circle with thier eyes closed (blindfolds would be hazing) and the the bigs came in and on the count of three we gave the littles hugs-- on the bigs hands was paint. Then when we hugged the littles, we put our handprints on the back of the tee shirts. The tee shirts said something like "keep your hands off my little". The littles knew it was big/little reveal ahead of time.
