Yes, and I do apologize for my part in the hijack. I have no regrets about what I said, it was an unemotional, rational request, and one that I would repeat.

I don't know of any trainwreck at the other site, but I have been on there but infrequently of late and not at all today. Generally speaking the site always functioned just fine. My only issue was the constant spillover to this site, the unwillingness to let go.

I don't know who PM'd me on that site, but if you read this, you'll probably want to PM me here instead. I have been banned from GF, I presume as a result of my above post here, so I can neither access that PM nor even know who sent it.

I wish everyone on both sites nothing but the best. GC is not a bad place. Nor is GF a bad place. I do think they need to be seperate, and the neverending fight needs to come to an end.

Part of what I said in a post on GF months ago that has since been removed is worth being reposted (I don't have the whole thread saved, but I typed my post out in Word first and never deleted the document):

"the unwillingness to concede wrongdoings goes to both sides. Brute force solves wars, but concessions also solve wars. Stubborn persistence sometimes kills everyone involved, unless the other side has brute force, in which case of course only one side is decimated. It’s not easy, or possible many times to concede a fight. But sometimes it’s the best course of action, even when everything in you screams otherwise."
