It really sounds like you approve of what's happening to this poor girl. Every time you say something which sounds sympathetic to the girl's case, you follow it up with a "
but...".
There's really no "
but" to it, IMO. The additional consequences/repercussions she faces are out of line. She has suffered enough. Rape is bad. Gang rape is worse. There's no reason why the government should punish her even more. She's already faced her repercussions... from seven men... twice.
