well, they ARE law school students... that would get me to the communciation stage faster than the usual lame-asses on there.

You should try going to one with a digital media center in it. It allows you to burn CDs or download music to your MP3 player. I spend a lot of time downloading music to my MP3 player now.

I think you should become active in your fraternity/sorority alumni club, especially if you're close to a big city. We have mixers with fraternities all the time--I'm not looking, but if I were, that would be a good place to start. Also, if your town has a ZogSports, that's another way to meet people. If you're in Jersey, you're near either NYC or Philly--two places with large, just-out-of-college-not knowing anyone populations.

Good luck!

I would say going to places that you enjoy. You could meet people that have the same interest as you at these very places, or people that enjoy going to the same places you like always helps. You should try that, it may work for you.

OMG! What is it with Borders, and Barnes & Noble. It seems like that's all I've been reading about on this thread. My God, does Barnes and Noble and Borders say books, music and "hot guys" now? lol

I never really hung out at bookstores, but whenever I would go I would always go in and grab what I needed/wanted and leave. I never took time to notice any guys there. I've always heard that if you go to a specific place just to meet hot guys, you won't find them. The old saying goes something like "you find when you're not looking".

^^^ i call BS on that "you find when you're not looking" theory. whether i agressively look or decide to give two craps, or anywhere in between, i still come up with zilch.

Yeah, I guess I don't totally agree with it either. I mean it is just a saying.

LOL. How often do you go to Borders? I'm just curious.

Do me a favor. If anything, stay away from those thuggish bad boy jokers. They're dead cowardly weight. The good thing is you probably won't run into garbage like that at a bookstore though.

I hope you meet the right man, because based on your posts, you seem like a nice woman.

I got hit on at work today! Apparenty, he's hit on every woman who works there--married, single, pregnant--he has no shame. Plus, my supervisor saw it and encouraged me to file a report, so I couldn't celebrate if I wanted to. Ah, he was ugly anyway.
