Sounds like just one more event that the media has decided to blow out of proportion.

It's not like your average citizen over here is going to walk up to what looks like a det line and move it. Hell, the best way to avoid being blown up is to see what the locals are avoiding! They know where the newest bombs are and they know not to go near the damn thing!!

Why of course - unless of course you have those really tricky locals so in on it that they allow themselves to be blown-up just to try and trick more Americans
