She has the failure to blame everyone else for "her" own inadequacies, which is a sign of messageboard violent tendencies. Her outbursts for ill-framed questions caused confusions for those sincere in their efforts to assist her. Yet, she was belligerent in response to them. Improperly names those who assist her and belittles and abandons them thinking that no course of action is required. Feel threatened because she fabricates comments that she thinks are made toward her. Has a poor concept of reality, time and place. May be hallucinating. Has to scream her feelings toward others in grammatically incorrect profane language.

I would classify her illness as schizophrenia....a severe mental illness that falls in the catagory of schiemiel which exists of people who habitually fail. So sad...but true...

This indicates to me an obvious deformity to the right and left side of the brain to retain and use standard english. Like I said to your colleage, Dr. Epchick, lack of coherency and script does not make a psychiatry disability of said subject. Upon presentation of said subject, was there stupor or rigeur as displayed in writing? Will we know academic achievement measures for said subject?

The condition seems to be stupor in state. However, admissions reported inconsistencies of information provided by said subject. Unfortunately, we may never know achievement measures of said subject without confirming said subject's identity. Blood work returned negative indicating that said subject is not who they claim to be. It appears that said subject has high levels of imprudent dialogue and disconcerted reasoning. In simple terms, said subject has a case of stupidity.

Has blood work and forensic DNA eQTL identification been ordered and said subject's samples been examined for criminality match? Because I would not want said subject to be criminal danger to others, given that the possibility of 3rd tier delusional status.

I think based on yours and others rationale we request legal commitment for 72 hour hold by the municipality.

Can your EMTs, brace, track her till we are able to mobilize her to psych? We may have to intubate and cath her. She refuses to masticate and cannot properly defecates.
