Our network televised the game with UNLV on Saturday. He only threw for 296 yards. Of course that was because he only played 2 1/2 quarters.
His post game interview was excellent -- just the right amount of self-confidence mixed with some humility and praise of his team.
I didn't realize there were that many people from Hawaii in Las Vegas.
The feeling of the pundits is that while he might be considered for the Heisman, he can't win because of the school/conference he plays for/in, the schedule they'll play and the time zone, meaning that most of the voters probably won't get the chance to see him play on TV because of where they live/work.
If that's true, it's too bad. He may just be the best.
