I just joined Pike at my campus last year, we made cornhole boards, hand made is good b/c it gives the pledges something to do together, and i can attest to the fact that you'll be very proud of it later, i know in the semester before me they gave the chapter a flag pole(which w actually use at tailgating), if the chapter has a house anything to put in it is nice (something like a table could be custom painted)
