i dont think there would be much left to arrest once i got to him...and there isnt a jury in america who would convict me!

This is quite possibly the sickest and scariest story that I have heard in a long time. Thank God he was caught before he further assaulted these poor children.

For real! I don't remember the state this story comes from ( I was blinded by rage, so I forgot the details), but where I'm from, that constitutes a home invasion and you have every legal right to kill the sick mo-fo. And I would've, and probably had a ticker-tape parade in my honor. I am usually very moderate-minded and think that we should reserve the death penalty for only the most extreme cases, but this guy's history proves you can't rehabilitate a sex offender... My prayers go out to his victims and their families.

apparently, this guy had multiple previous convictions for various crimes...
"In 1974, he was sentenced to five years behind bars. In 1980, he was convicted of assault with the intent to commit murder and sentenced to 12 years in prison.
Nine years later, Marks was convicted on burglary charges and sentenced to four more years.
Court documents show that in 1991, Marks entered a Dundalk home on Kavanaugh Road through an unlocked basement door. The documents stated that Marks approached a sleeping teenage boy, told him to undress or he would kill him and then sexually assault him."

of course he was on good behavior(referring to the news article where it said that he was released after serving 16 years of a 25 year sentence)-there are no kids to assault in prison.
were these poor children assaulted or had he only drugged then when he was discovered? i hope the latter!!
