The stuff he was found with omigod.........FREAK! Makes me think of poor Jessica Lundsford...this guy needs to GO - AWAY - FOREVER!

i dont think there would be much left to arrest once i got to him...and there isnt a jury in america who would convict me!

This is quite possibly the sickest and scariest story that I have heard in a long time. Thank God he was caught before he further assaulted these poor children.

For real! I don't remember the state this story comes from ( I was blinded by rage, so I forgot the details), but where I'm from, that constitutes a home invasion and you have every legal right to kill the sick mo-fo. And I would've, and probably had a ticker-tape parade in my honor. I am usually very moderate-minded and think that we should reserve the death penalty for only the most extreme cases, but this guy's history proves you can't rehabilitate a sex offender... My prayers go out to his victims and their families.

I'm with the others...if he would have been in my (future) child's room. He would wish he was just trying to find his way home cause I'd kill him about 4 times. Twice to kill him and two more times to make sure he is dead.

apparently, this guy had multiple previous convictions for various crimes...

Nine years later, Marks was convicted on burglary charges and sentenced to four more years.

and for some reason his sexual assault charges magically get dropped. every time.

what part of "under the jail" do judges not understand?

of course he was on good behavior(referring to the news article where it said that he was released after serving 16 years of a 25 year sentence)-there are no kids to assault in prison.

were these poor children assaulted or had he only drugged then when he was discovered? i hope the latter!!
