Worst/best summer job?

Don't get me started on micromanagement. One of the worst bosses I have had was a total micromanager with me and only me. She was always passing off the work to other teachers...but she nitpicked on me, even on the way I walked.

I have had another micromanaging department head- and as a colleague in another branch she was awesome.
