he may be scared to kiss you, and its kinda cute, in a sweet, wierd way. maybe he doesnt think you are into him enough to put you on the line, or possibly (ive run into this) he is just too much of a gentleman.

my suggestion, put yourself in situations where your face is near his face.

I second that... then take it to the next level and smack one on him. it doesn't have to be one of those super long kisses, just something small to let him know it's ok if he wants to give you one of those super long kisses
