So I'd never go up the arch in the first place. Same for the London Eye, Eiffel Tower, Empire State Building, anything like that. I also have a problem with flying and with mountains. It's pretty bad.

I'm with you. I can go up higher floors, but I can't even look inside an elevator or think about being in one without getting light headed and feeling sick. It's affected looking for jobs, I've passed on plenty of fun vacations, and other things. I'd love to go on a cruise but I couldn't handle having to take an elevator.
