Fashion: Leg warmers. They were the coolest things ever!
Yep, yep.

Rainbow Brite and Carebears!!

And my mom made us matching NEON outfits and made us wear them. I still hold a grudge about that to this day. Also, I remember layering neon colored slouch socks. I was TEH HOTTNESS.

Entertainment

Movies: Coming to America, 48 Hours, Beverly Hills Cop, Rocky, Risky Business, Ferris Bueler's Day Off, Sixteen Candles, Breakfast Club, Against All Odds, Childs Play(stupid movie), No Way Out, Pretty In Pink, Weird Science, and Top Gun just to name a few of my favorites.

Music: Duran Duran, Madonna, The Police, Sting, Bananarama, Phil Collins, Til Tuesday, Nu Shooz, Thompson Twins, Van Halen (David Lee Roth) I hated Sammy Hagar, Michael Jackson's Thriller (the best) Eddie Murphy and Don Johnson trying to sing (horrible)

Toys: GI Joe and Transformers (my favorites)
