Hello everyone! I was in a size 18 several years ago. I went on a "diet" and lost 40lbs. I then hit the infamous plateau. I joined WW and lost another 40lbs. I am now in a size 6. I don't call "diet", I call it a "lifestyle". Just wanted to wish everyone luck on losing weight. Something I found that helped me was giving myself a "treat" every now and then. I also work out to Leslie Sansone. She has great power walk DVDs. I was never one for all the bouncing, bouncing (too much was bouncing
