Frat I feel you on dealing with some over zealous folk but charge it to his head not his heart. You don't have to bring him to Kappa, because we both know everybody wants to be a Kappa but being a Kappa is not for everybody.
The young man some expectations of what is means to be a Mason and on becoming a Kappa and I once heard that "expectations are the food of disappointment".
(I bet not see that as a signature either)
