Well, it means just that, bad houses will put on a good show during rush to try to hide the fact that they are a bad house. They will only bring out what they would consider thei best members, talk the house up a bunch, etc.
This is the problem with Greekchat...............some of you need to realize that there are going to be shitty chapters at schools. Cut it with all of the "each house is good and unique in its own way and blah blah blah" crap.
