I'm staring down the barrel of at least a 2 and a half year program (go sciences!). To be, specific a geology/environmental science program at Iowa State University. Since we've only been able to make one actual visit there any I'd be interested in any experiences with the school or area. Thanks again all!
Phi Sigma Rho Sorority accepts graduate students and would be a good fit for someone in a geology/environmental science grad program. However, we do not have a chapter at Iowa State yet .

But, Alpha Sigma Kappa is at Iowa State. I am not sure if they accept grad students, but there used to be a few sisters on GreekChat and there is a ASK forum that you could post to. You could also contact the chapter directly; the webpage is at
