I don't know how big Greek Life is at whatever SUNY school you're at, but just because the 2nd degree student was able to pledge on your campus doesn't mean that the OP will be able to do the same at ISU.
And to reference the thread you started, even if your PHC says okay, it doesn't mean squat if HQ says no.
