Basically, i'm writing an amendment for my school's SGA, and we're including a clause for SGA funding for social GLOs, and ...as we all know, you have to be VERY specific in order to have people not misconstrue what you actually meant.
So far I have:
*Social GLOs include but are not limited to, NIC Fraternities, NPC sororities, NPHC fraternities and sororities, Multicultural fraternities and sororities, independent national fraternities and sororities, and locally formed fraternities or sororities.
What else do I need to add? Thanks!

I like the amendment. But if you need to be specific in the amendment, then you might want to list the national councils by their full name.
The Fraternity Leadership Association (FLA)
The National Asian Pacific American Panhellenic Association (NAPAPA)
The National Association of Latino Fraternal Organizations (NALFO)
The National Multicultural Greek Council (NMGC)
The National Panhellenic Conference (NPC)
The National Pan-Hellenic Council, Inc. (NPHC)
The North-American Interfraternity Conference (NIC)
If the social male GLOs are members of a campus Interfraternity Council (IFC), then you might want to include that as well. Just so there isn't any possibility that members of the IFC are not covered. And to be safe, add regional fraternities and sororities as well. And perhaps reiterate that not all social GLOs may belong to a council by adding "independent" before both regional and local.

(NPHC), The North-American Interfraternity Conference (NIC), independent national fraternities and sororities, independent regional fraternities and sororities, and locally formed independent fraternities or sororities.
