Epsilon does Winnies for Diabetes and a Twist-off (Twister contest). Theta Upsilon does a few different things but I know that in this area we have a few different places that hire groups to work concessions and clean up after events (Kneenland Race Track and Rupp Arena). This doesn't involve selling anything or solisiting for anything, it is a set payoff per person. Which is really nice.
I love the Skunk Your Friend idea. I'll have to pass that one along.
