I could be way off base, but I don't think that it's against rules for members to hold membership in NPC and NPHC orgs... Could be comepletely wrong and I probably am.

Not technically but it tends to be frowned upon, particularly within the NPHC groups. This doesn't mean it never happens or is universally frowned upon or anything though. The question would be, was she honest about her affiliation with SDT? And that is an issue for her and her sisters/sorors. (Of course this is a message board so it's never our business anyway  )

Even if her NPHC org doesn't care, you could still inform SDT nationals of her dishonesty, I'd be pissed if I were you.

I don't know about SDT, but there's not really rules about it on the NPC side...

Do you think she really cares? The girl has pictures of her in NPHC letters, stepping, etc. for all of the world including her SDT sisters to see. If she really cared, she would've been more, ahem, discreet about it.
