Having HT is a totally different experience, and it's unfair of you to expect them to sacrifice that opportunity just because you think it would be easier for them to choose another path.
To all the ladies attempting HT: I think you're very brave for putting yourselves out there! Keep a good attitude and you'll end up with the HT you were meant to have!

Thank you SigKapSweetie -- you are obviously a very caring person who wants to make sure we all have an opportunity to join the wave of the future. You know that having a wig isn't the same as getting HT & that some people will always try to push other "options" on us, even though they aren't for us. We have a DREAM to fulfill & the journey to getting HT is the only way we will ever be happy.
YAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!11!!!!!1!!!!one!!!!eleventyoneon e!!!!!! T*P -- Big Bird sounds AWESOME! I can't wait to hear all about it - please post EVERY LITTLE DETAIL on here for us to read. I am so excited - will you write a rec for me. I don't know anything about Big Bird, but yellow is one of my favorite colors
As for eyelash transplants - no thank you. I am perfectly happy with my eyelashes. I think people that get ET's are just vain & snobby -- especially if they get both HT & ET. How insensitive can it be that people are suggesting ET's??
Alfa Frog - please don't try to turn this thread into a train wreck by posting a link about a hair trauma show. Until you have gone through what I have gone through, you will never know what trauma really means. And to think someone wanted to set you up with my cousin Hickey -- disgraceful

(how many more before I max out the smilies??
