California University of PA is having recruitment on Jan 28th-Feb 3rd and there is not longer a Theta Phi Alpha chapter here.

There's also no longer a TPA chapter at Clarion unless they are attempting to recolonize again (it was tried last fall).
Also, Clarion did conduct an informal rush from September 5 through September 21.
