My sister's an Alpha Xi Delta at IUP. Quota was only 3!! Recruitment got screwed up this year but they only had room for 4 girls anyway and took all 4!

California University of PA is having recruitment on Jan 28th-Feb 3rd and there is not longer a Theta Phi Alpha chapter here.
