Hey Ladies (and Gentlemen), it's that time again- RECRUITMENT! If you're in a local, post your name, school, recruitment dates, names of any other locals on your campus, and then how many new members you got so we can compile a list similar to the ones that individual sororities have in their forums. Xi Delta is the only local sorority at the University of Georgia. We were founded in 1991.

Xi Delta extended 16 bids.

All of the bids have been accepted.

Wow that's impressive. When do girls have until to accept?

Bid Day was 9/17 and pledge classes started meeting this week, so bids would have had to been accepted by the time pledge classes started. However, a bid can be deferred to the next semester.

The sisters in the chapter have found that advertising on Facebook is the most successful way to get the word out about our Rush.

we consulted with the girls at UNC if it would be okay if we used the same letters, but as far as i've heard, we've not affiliated directly with them. possibly further down the line as we become more established at CU, but not at the moment.

and thanks :-) it was a bit difficult to distinguish who really wanted to be part of SRL and who just wanted to rush us because NPC sororities at CU can't rush freshmen until spring, but i think we did okay.

Hello we take applications for a month Oct, 1 till Oct 31 than we start interviews, we now have six rosebuds who hopefully will bloom into full roses on the first Sunday of Decemeber. Our Rosebuds must complete a month of new sister classes and be present at all general meetings also, (except if they have certain circumstances) so the process takes a month.
