They still do active service projects, such as a science camp for teenage girls. Anything thuggish about that? And my experience is by observation only--I'm a member of a "white sorority"

Thanks for your reply...you have the correct image of what an NPHC organization is about on college campuses. As a matter of fact many were established on majority institution campuses in order to provide a much needed bond with other African-Americans because they were not welcome in a GLO. Shinerbock has to realize that because of our bastardized, oppressive history in America, we weren't always allowed to be educated in any schools (especially colleges) in certain parts of the country, cause I don't know....maybe we were picking cotton or being someone's servant. So the organizations are fairly new for historical reasons if you consider 100 years new...

You were acting retarded by responding to all this back and forth foolishness and trying to validate the comments by agreeing you are a racist. We are all different in our own special ways. Caucasians are not all the same and African-Americans are not all the same. We are all ignorant of some aspect of another races culture. You will never fully understand what it means to Black in America nor will I understand what it means to be white in America. We can only perceive it based on what our eyes show us. I have a multitude of friends from all walks of life, cultures and races. I am what they call the "token black" at the bar I drink at on Thursdays. I love it there and we all get along just fine..cause beer brings everyone together...LOL!

Apparently it's not yours either or you would use it for more important things. Again, life is too short to be arguing over bullshit, not with me but the other people you had beef with on this forum. People who shower others with insults and elitist comments do so to boost their own confidence and (like yourself) wouldn't have a leg to stand on in a "real" debate.
